Talent Tours provide youth, parents, and teachers the chance to explore high-quality jobs and career paths by offering a behind-the-scenes look into in-demand businesses and industries. Participants visit in-demand job sites as well as post-secondary institutions that offer the programs required to advance in that field. Talent Tours provide opportunities to make connections with and ask questions of students, professors, and employers in the field.
