After applying for the Going PRO Talent Fund award, they eventually secured an impressive $34,365. This forward-thinking initiative was meticulously utilized to train a total of 26 employees, comprised of 15 existing team members and 11 new hires.

The tailored training program was thoughtfully designed to cover a spectrum of crucial areas. Welding, Risk Management, Finance for Non-Financial Managers and Front-line Leaders, CAD Processes, and AIAG for Internal Auditors were among the courses offered. This diverse curriculum aimed to bolster the skills and competencies of Globe Tech’s workforce, aligning them with industry best practices and cutting-edge methodologies.
