This collaboration resulted in the successful completion of a Going PRO Talent Fund application, where they ultimately secured a substantial $127,000 to support the company’s training initiatives.

These funds have been instrumental in facilitating the hiring and training of 13 new employees, with ambitious plans to bring on an additional ten employees by the end of the year. Beyond new hires, existing employees at 360 Digilab are also benefiting from this investment, with opportunities to attend training courses aimed at strengthening their skills and staying ahead of industry advancements.
