- Repairing motors and servicing air conditioning systems.
- Minimizing downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.
- Completing work orders and communicating status updates to the HVAC Supervisor.
- Disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, repairing, rebuilding, or overhauling parts such as fan motors, dampers, and valves.
- Maintaining the safe operation of systems including environmental controls, boilers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Investigating and testing equipment using various tools.
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment.
