Commercial Power Washing Technician

Metro Detroit service company looking for an experienced Commercial Power Washing Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial power washing and exterior cleaning services.
• Operate and maintain pressure-washing equipment.
• Travel to commercial job sites throughout Metro Detroit.
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Provide professional service to customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial power washing experience preferred.
• Experience operating pressure-washing equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
• Able to perform physical work and lift equipment/supplies.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
